CRM and automatic follow-ups for small firms in Paris: every enquiry tracked and chased

One enquiry comes in through the website, another through Google Ads, a third over the phone: with no CRM they all end up in an inbox and the quotes are never followed up. We set up your CRM, we connect your website and your campaigns to it, and every quote that gets no reply is followed up by email.

What we see

You get enquiries. How many of them go nowhere?

Three situations we find in almost every small and medium business we meet. None of them is a question of willingness: what is missing is the tool.

  • Enquiries forgotten in the inbox

The form on the website, a message on Instagram, a missed call: every enquiry lands somewhere different, and the one that came in on Friday evening is still waiting for a reply on Tuesday.

  • Quotes that never get followed up

The quote goes out, then nothing. Following up means remembering, at the right moment, without sounding pushy: in practice nobody does it, and the quote goes nowhere.

  • No view of what comes from Google or Meta

You pay for campaigns, but you do not know which enquiries they brought in, or which of those became customers. There is no way to decide where to put more budget.

The four services in this pillar

What do we set up for a small or medium business?

Four services, taken together or separately, always on the tool you will actually use: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Brevo, Sellsy, Axonaut, monday CRM, or the CRM you already have. Each has its own page, its own one-day review and its own fixed price in writing before we start.

  • Service 01

    CRM set-up

Choosing the tool, your sales pipeline, the fields that matter, your contacts imported, forms and campaigns connected, and a hands-on handover with you.

On request · fixed price for the set-up, monthly support optional

  • Service 02

    CRM optimisation

A CRM already in place but barely used: stages reworked, automatic follow-ups, appointment reminders, a dashboard you can read at a glance.

On request · fixed price for the set-up, monthly support optional

  • Service 03

    CRM clean-up

Duplicates merged, inactive contacts archived, fields made consistent, and written rules so the CRM stays clean.

On request · fixed price for the set-up, monthly support optional

  • Service 04

    AI integration with Claude

Replying to quote requests that come in overnight, Google reviews, writing, sorting email: Claude connected to your tools, with your rules and your tone of voice.

On request · fixed price for the set-up, monthly support optional

Our agency is in Rueil-Malmaison (92); we work in Paris and across the Paris region (see our web agency in Paris), and remotely anywhere in France: a CRM can be set up over video. No website yet to receive the enquiries? Ask for a free mock-up within 48 hours.

Our method

How do we set up your CRM without holding up your business?

No monster project: one day to understand, a written plan, then a set-up in stages, tested on your real cases before it is switched on.

You always speak to the same person, from the review through to the support.

  1. Day 1

    Étape 1 : A one-day review

On site or over video: where your enquiries come from, where they land, who deals with them, how many quotes go unanswered. We look at the tools you actually use: inbox, spreadsheet, website, campaigns.

  2. Within 24 hours

Étape 2 : A written plan and a fixed price

You get the stages of your pipeline, the follow-ups planned with their timetable, the connections to make, and a fixed price. You can stop there: the plan is yours to keep.

  3. The weeks that follow

    Étape 3 : Set-up and connections

A CRM account created in your name, your contacts imported, website forms and campaigns connected, follow-ups written with you then tested on real cases before they go live. One hands-on session for your team.

  4. Every month, if you want it

Étape 4 : Optional monthly support

We read back what went through the pipeline, we adjust the follow-ups that bring nothing and we add the next step. Never imposed, and you can stop whenever you like.

Our commitments

What is written into every CRM quote

Four rules, true for every part of the work, from the review to the support.

  • Your data stays with you

Your contacts live in your own CRM account, hosted by the software company. We keep no copy once the set-up is finished.

  • A CRM account in your name

The account, the logins and the history belong to you. If we stop working together, you keep everything.

  • A fixed price in writing

Review, set-up, support: each step has its price, written before we start. Nothing extra discovered along the way.

  • No subscription imposed by us

The monthly support is optional. The subscription to the CRM tool is paid straight to the software company, at its public price.

What you can check

We run our own follow-ups on our own CRM

Every enquiry that reaches our website or comes from our campaigns enters Pipedrive with its source. When somebody writes to us and then does not answer our call, a sequence of emails goes out on its own over thirty days and stops as soon as they reply.

That is the set-up we install for you: same tools, same rules, same way of writing the follow-ups. We show it to you over video, on our own account.

We publish no result figures: a reply rate depends on the trade, the price and the season. We would rather show you how it works and let you judge.

We show you our pipeline and our follow-ups over video, with no client result figures.

Our follow-ups, in plain terms

What you can check on the call

  • The tool

Pipedrive for our own agency; for our clients, the CRM they chose.

  • The trigger

An enquiry received on our website, then a call that went unanswered.

  • The sequence

Emails over thirty days, stopped at the first reply.

Follow-ups by email only: we offer neither text messages nor WhatsApp.

How many quotes go unanswered in your business?

If you cannot say, that is the first thing the one-day review settles. Describe your situation and we will tell you within 24 hours whether a CRM makes sense in your case.

Price and commitment

How much does it cost to set up a CRM with automatic follow-ups?

No public price list, because no two businesses have the same tools or the same number of enquiries. Every step does have a fixed price, written before we start, and you can stop after the review.

Straight answers

Your questions about CRM and automatic follow-ups

Which tool, for what size of team, your contacts, lead times, GDPR, your website, AI: we answer straight.

Which CRM do you set up?

The one you already have, or the one that suits your business: we work on HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Brevo, Sellsy, Axonaut and monday CRM, and on the other CRMs on the market. If you are starting from scratch, the review compares two or three options against your size, the tools you use today and the cost of the subscription, and writes down the reasons for the choice. If you already have a CRM, we start from that one rather than making you change tool, as long as it can be connected to your website and your campaigns.

Do I need a CRM with a team of three?

Often yes, as soon as enquiries arrive through several channels (website, phone, campaigns, social media) and several people answer them. A CRM is not there to produce big reports: it is there so that no enquiry gets lost and every quote gets chased. For one person with few enquiries, a well kept spreadsheet can be enough, and we will say so during the review if that is your case.

What happens to my contacts in Excel or in my inbox?

We import them into the CRM after a clean-up: duplicates, invalid addresses, columns nobody uses. You approve the file before the import. Your original files stay yours, and you can export the contents of the CRM at any time, since the account is in your name.

How long does the set-up take?

One day for the review, then a few weeks of set-up, depending on how many connections there are (website forms, Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, importing your contacts) and how many follow-ups there are to write. The exact lead time is written in the quote, with the fixed price, before you commit to anything.

Do automatic email follow-ups comply with GDPR?

Following up someone who asked you for a quote is about their own enquiry, which is the simplest case there is. We limit the sequence in time, every email carries a simple way to ask us to stop, the sequence stops as soon as the person replies, and we document the processing for your register. We are not a law firm: for sensitive work (health, minors, financial data), have the whole set-up read by your legal adviser or your data protection officer.

Will the CRM work with my current website?

In most cases, yes: a WordPress, Wix, Shopify or bespoke form can send every enquiry into the CRM with its source. If your site cannot do it, we say so during the review and we suggest the simplest answer, a connected form for instance, never a redesign for the sake of it.

And where does artificial intelligence come into this?

After the CRM, not before. Once the enquiries are all in one place, Claude, Anthropic's artificial intelligence, can draft a reply to the quote requests that came in overnight, answer Google reviews or write a follow-up in your tone of voice. A human sign-off stays in place wherever a mistake would be expensive. That is what our AI integration page covers, the sub-page of this pillar.
