CRM set-up for small and medium businesses in Paris: your pipeline in place, your contacts imported

You are working from a spreadsheet, an inbox and a mobile phone. We choose the CRM that fits your size with you, and we create the account in your name. We build your sales pipeline, the fields that matter and the import of your contacts once they are cleaned. We then connect the whole thing to your website and your campaigns.

  • HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM or the one you choose
  • CRM account created in your name
  • Fixed price in writing before we start

What we see

Why a spreadsheet stops being enough as soon as enquiries come in from several places

Three situations we find in almost every small and medium business that does not yet have a CRM. None of them is a question of willingness: the tool is simply missing.

  • Three files, three versions of the same list

A spreadsheet on one computer, the contacts on a phone, the history in an inbox: nobody has the current version, and the same person appears three times with three numbers.

  • Enquiries landing everywhere except in one place

The website form, an Instagram message, a missed call, a Google Ads campaign: each enquiry lands in a different tool, and the one from Friday evening is still waiting on Tuesday.

  • No next action, so no follow-up

A quote goes out, then nothing is written down: not who should chase it, not when. And when an enquiry becomes a customer, nobody knows which channel brought it in.

What you get

What does setting up a CRM actually include?

Six deliverables, in every set-up quote. On the tool you will really use, with an account in your name.

  • A sales pipeline on your own stages

From enquiry to decision, with one condition to enter and one to leave each stage.

  • The fields that matter, and only those

Source, service, quote amount, next action with a date, reason for loss: all as fixed lists.

  • Your contacts imported and cleaned

A single file you sign off, with duplicates removed and formats made consistent, before the import.

  • Your website and campaigns connected

Every form creates a record with its source; Google Ads and Meta Ads arrive with the name of the campaign.

  • Your first follow-ups by email

Acknowledgement of receipt, a quote with no reply chased on day 3, an appointment reminder the day before, in your own words.

  • The team guide and the logins

Two pages of rules, a hands-on session, and an account in your name with administrator rights.

Already have a CRM? Two other services in this pillar work on what is already there: CRM optimisation: follow-ups and automation and CRM clean-up: duplicates, dead contacts, data up to date. No website yet to receive the enquiries? Ask for a free mock-up within 48 hours.

How we work

How do we build your CRM without holding up your business?

No monster project: one day to understand, a written plan, then a set-up done in stages and tested on your own real cases before it goes live.

You always speak to the same person, from the review to the handover.

  1. Day 1

    Étape 1 : A one-day review

In person or remotely: where your enquiries come from, where your contacts live, who handles what. We look at the tools you really use (inbox, spreadsheet, website, campaigns) and we compare two or three CRMs that suit your size.

  2. Within 24 hours

Étape 2 : A written plan and a fixed price

You receive the CRM we recommend with the reasons for the choice, the stages of your pipeline, the list of fields, the connections to make and a fixed price. You can stop there: the plan is yours to keep.

  3. The following weeks

    Étape 3 : Set-up, import and connections

Account created in your name, pipeline and fields configured, contacts imported once cleaned and signed off, website forms and campaigns connected, first follow-ups written with you and tested on real cases.

  4. The last day

Étape 4 : Handover and the keys

A session with your team, a two-page guide, and the administrator logins in your hands. Monthly support is offered, never imposed.

What it costs

How much does it cost to set up a CRM for a small or medium business?

No published rate, because no two companies have the same contacts, the same channels or the same tool. Every step does have a fixed price, in writing before we start, and you can stop after the review.

What we show you

What we show you on a call, rather than in figures

We use our own CRM to track the enquiries from our website and our campaigns, with the same pipeline and the same kind of follow-ups as the ones we build for you. We show it to you during the call, rather than quoting you a result that depends mostly on your trade and your season.

Our agency is in Rueil-Malmaison (92); we work in Paris and across the Paris region, and remotely anywhere in France: setting up your CRM is done over a video call.

An example of a pipeline built for a client: Monsieur Arancini, a maker of artisan arancini, with a six-stage sales pipeline in Pipedrive, from first contact through to the sale. Our web agency in Paris also works on site.

Straight answers

Your questions about setting up a CRM

Which tool, how long it takes, your contacts, your website, the training, what comes next: we answer straight.

Which CRM should a small or medium business choose?

The one your team will actually fill in. For a small company, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Brevo, Sellsy, Axonaut or monday CRM cover the essentials: a pipeline, fields, follow-ups and a link with your website. Salesforce makes sense beyond that, or when a parent group imposes it. The review compares two or three options against your size, the tools you use today and the cost of the subscription, and writes down the reasons for the choice. If you already have a tool, we start from that one.

How long does it take to set up a CRM?

A one-day review, then a few weeks of set-up depending on the number of connections (website forms, Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, contact import) and the number of follow-ups to write. The exact timeline is in the quote, together with the fixed price, before you commit to anything. Your business carries on throughout: nothing is switched off.

My contacts are in Excel, in my inbox and on my phone: how do you get them out?

We bring the sources together into a single file, one row per person, then we clean it before the import: duplicates, invalid addresses, columns nobody needs, phone numbers in one format. You sign the file off before anything enters the CRM. Your original files stay yours, dated, and the contents of the CRM can be exported at any time.

Will the CRM be connected to my website and my campaigns?

Yes, and that is the heart of the set-up. Every form on the site creates a record with its source and the page it came from; enquiries from Google Ads or Meta Ads arrive with the name of the campaign. A WordPress, Wix, Shopify or bespoke form can be connected in most cases; if your site makes that impossible, we say so during the review and propose the simplest way round it.

Does my team need training?

A hands-on session is included, in person in the Paris region or remotely: creating a record, moving a card along, reading the list of next actions. You also get a two-page guide with the rules of your CRM (stages, required fields, phone number format). The aim is for the tool to be filled in without us.

What happens if we stop working together?

Nothing changes for you: the CRM account, the logins, the history and the contacts are in your name from day one, and the subscription is paid straight to the software company. We keep no copy of your data once the set-up is finished. Monthly support is optional and stops whenever you decide.
