What we see

You have the tools. What is missing is what joins them up.

Inbox, calendar, website, quoting software: it is all there. What is missing is someone to move the information between them, evenings and weekends included.

  • Hours lost to repetitive work

Answering the same questions, retyping the same details, chasing the same quotes: that time comes out of the job itself, usually in the evening.

  • Tools that do not talk to each other

The enquiry arrives by email, the quote is written in one program, the appointment goes in a calendar, the tracking in a spreadsheet. Every handover is done by hand.

  • Enquiries left waiting

A quote request at midnight, a Google review with no reply, an Instagram message read too late: all the customer sees is silence.

Who it is for, and what for

What can an AI agent actually do for your business?

For businesses of three to thirty people where the owner is still doing the admin in the evening, with no IT department: shops, restaurants, professional practices, trades with staff, online shops, charities.

Nine tasks we automate most often, grouped by trade, and what they cost you today as an order of magnitude: the review measures yours.

  • 01Quotes

Reply to quote requests that come in overnight

An enquiry arrives at 11pm: Claude reads it, asks for whatever is missing and drafts a reply in your tone of voice, either sent straight away or held for your sign-off. Your quotes go out without waiting for the morning.

What this replaces: The half hour each morning spent replying, and the prospect who has already gone to a faster competitor.

  • 02Google reviews

    Reply to your Google reviews

Every new review gets a personal reply, good or bad. You approve it with one click.

    • Professional practices
    • Trades
  • 03Follow-ups

Chase your customers and your open quotes

A quote with no reply, an overdue invoice, a customer who has gone quiet: follow-ups go out at the right moment and stop as soon as the person replies.

What this replaces: The tracking spreadsheet nobody opens again, and the follow-ups that never happen.

    • Professional practices
    • Charities
    • E-commerce
  • 08Write-ups

Write up meetings and site visits

After a meeting or a site visit, a structured write-up is produced from your voice notes and sent to the right people.

Cannot see your own case here?

Every business has its own repetitive work. Describe yours: in 30 minutes we will tell you whether an AI can take it over.

How we work

How do we automate without breaking what already works?

No monster project: we start with one workflow, we check its work, then we add the next.

Much like a new member of staff: we explain the job, we check closely at first, then we let them get on with it.

  1. Day 1

    Étape 1 : A one-day review

On site or remotely, we watch how the work really gets done, we list the repetitive tasks of each role and we put numbers on the time they take. Within 24 hours you have the written plan and a fixed price for the integration.

  2. The following weeks

    Étape 2 : A first workflow live

We connect Claude to your real tools for the task worth the most, we test it on your old quotes or old reviews, then we put it live with a human sign-off wherever a mistake would be expensive.

  3. Every month

Étape 3 : Handover, then optional support

Your team learns to approve, correct and stop the AI. If you want it, we read through the logs each month, adjust the instructions and add the next task.

What you get

What you have in your hands at the end of the integration

Tools running inside your business, and the means to keep an eye on them.

  • The written plan from the review

Tasks, time in figures, the order we advise, the points to watch.

  • Automations in production

Connected to the tools you already have, with no change of software.

  • Human sign-off points

You keep your hand on quotes and on sensitive replies.

  • A log of everything the AI handled

Every reply, follow-up or document, there to read at any time.

  • Documentation in plain English

How it works, how to correct it, how to stop the whole thing.

  • A handover for the team

One short session, then a single point of contact for questions.

What we commit to

Why the integration goes through without friction

Four rules, written into every quote.

  • Your tools kept

We connect Claude to the inbox, calendar, website and software you have now. Nobody changes software.

  • Your data stays with you

Your tools stay hosted where they are; when we host a piece of it, that is in Europe. The plan sets out what leaves the business and what does not.

  • Training included

A handover session for your team and documentation in plain English: approve, correct, stop.

  • A clear quote per phase

A fixed price in writing before each phase: review, integration, support. No hidden subscription, and monthly support stays optional.

Straight answers

Your questions about AI automation in business

Security, data, GDPR, price, mistakes the AI makes, staff: we answer straight.

What is an AI integration for a small or medium business?

It means connecting an artificial intelligence model, here Claude from Anthropic, to the tools you use every day (inbox, calendar, website, invoicing, CRM) so that it takes on repetitive work. This is not a chatbot parked in a corner of your website: the AI works inside your business, by rules you set.

How does the one-day AI review work?

We spend a day with you, either on site in the Paris region or remotely. We list the repetitive tasks of each person, we put numbers on the time they take every week and we spot the ones an AI can genuinely take over. You leave with a written plan, and the fixed price for the integration follows within 24 hours.

How much does an AI integration cost?

The one-day review has its own fixed price, given within 24 hours of your enquiry, and you are free to stop there. After that, every business has different tools and different tasks, so each integration is priced once the review is done: fixed price and lead time in writing within 24 hours, before you commit to anything. The model's usage costs, billed by Anthropic, are shown separately in the quote.

Do I have to change my software?

No. We connect Claude to what you already use: your email, your calendar, your website, your quoting or invoicing software, your CRM. If a tool has no way of being connected, we say so during the review and suggest the simplest route round it, never a change of software for its own sake.

Where is my data held, and what does the AI see?

Your current tools stay hosted exactly where they are today. The review sets out, task by task, what is sent to the model and what never leaves the business, kept to the strict minimum: the text of a quote request, not your customer database. Exchanges with Claude go through Anthropic's API; under its commercial terms in force, the data you send is not used to train its models, and we point you to those terms rather than vouch for them ourselves.

Is this GDPR compliant?

We design every automation with the principles of the GDPR in mind: process only the data that is needed, know where it goes, be able to delete it, tell the people concerned, and we document the processing for your own register. We are not a law firm: for a sensitive activity (health, minors, financial data), have the setup reviewed by your solicitor or your data protection officer.

What happens when the AI gets it wrong?

It will get things wrong sometimes, like a new member of staff. That is why we put a human sign-off wherever a mistake would be expensive: a quote, a reply to a bad review, an email to a large client. For low-risk tasks the AI acts on its own and you keep a log of everything it has produced.

Will AI replace my staff?

In a business of three to thirty people, the point is to give time back to the people already there: less retyping, fewer forgotten follow-ups, fewer evenings spent writing. The review puts numbers on that time, role by role; what you then do with it is your decision.

And if it comes to nothing?

The review exists precisely so that you know before you invest: if no task in your business is worth automating, we write that in the plan and you stop there. During the integration, every workflow is tested on your real cases (old quotes, old reviews) before it goes live, and the log shows you what it produces. We promise no figures; what we do promise is to tell you honestly, at every step, whether it is worth carrying on.

Why Claude and not another model?

Because we use it every day to run our own agency, so we know its strengths and its limits. We are neither a partner nor a reseller of Anthropic: we are a customer, just as you will be. If your case calls for a different tool, we will tell you.

The CRM and automatic follow-ups pillar

Why AI integration sits inside our CRM and automatic follow-ups pillar

The AI takes on the repetitive work; the CRM keeps a record of every enquiry and chases it while it goes unanswered. The two go together: we set up your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or the tool you already have), we connect your website forms and your campaigns to it, and we automate the email follow-ups and the appointment reminders.

It is what we do for our own agency: every enquiry left unanswered gets an email sequence over thirty days, which stops the moment the person replies.
