Pinterest Ads agency: promoted pins that join your customers' buying plans

Interiors, weddings, fashion, crafts, food, visual e-commerce: on Pinterest your customers look for ideas weeks before they buy. We put your products in front of them at that moment, with the catalogue connected, the tag installed and one figure to follow: the cost per order. You speak to the founder, who sets up your campaigns himself.

What we see

If your products sell on how they look, these three situations will sound familiar

The three problems we meet most often in the shops and the makers who come to us about Pinterest.

  • You arrive too late in the decision

On Google, the person has already picked the style, the material, sometimes the brand. On Pinterest, they are still putting their project together.

  • You publish pins and measure nothing

An account opened, a few pins, no tag on the website, no catalogue connected. There is no way to know what was bought, so no way to invest.

  • You depend on Meta and Google to sell

When the cost per order climbs on Facebook and Instagram, you have no other channel. Pinterest opens one, and it is often less crowded.

Who it is for, and for which products

Pinterest advertising: which businesses does it pay off for?

Pinterest is where people prepare a purchase they think about and picture, sometimes for months. These are the sectors we agree to run a campaign for.

  • Interiors, home and garden

Furniture, lighting, textiles: people put a whole room together on Pinterest before they buy anything.

  • Weddings and events

Dresses, rings, flowers, photographers: a wedding is planned months ahead, one pin at a time.

  • Fashion, jewellery, beauty

Outfits, accessories, skincare: inspiration turns into a purchase when the pin leads to the product page.

  • Crafts, food, visual e-commerce

Ceramics, gift boxes, fine food: any shop whose products are chosen by eye, with a catalogue kept up to date.

We work mostly with shops, makers and small teams, from Rueil-Malmaison (92) and as a web agency in Paris, and anywhere in France over video call.

What we do

What does a Pinterest Ads agency do for your shop or your brand?

Four building blocks: measure, connect the catalogue, choose the keywords, create and test the pins. Management fee on request, media budget recommended from €500 a month.

  • Promoted pins

Images, short videos, carousels and collections shown in the Pinterest feed and in Pinterest search results.

    • Vertical formats built for Pinterest, not visuals recycled from elsewhere
    • Several pins tested side by side, the expensive ones switched off
    • Copy and titles written around the keywords people search for
  • Catalogue and product pins

Your catalogue connected to Pinterest: every product page becomes a shoppable pin, with its price, its availability and a link to your shop.

    • Product feed from Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop or a file
    • Product groups by collection, season or margin
    • Shopping campaigns, and a second chance for anyone who viewed a product
  • Targeting by keyword and interest

Pinterest is a visual search engine: we choose the keywords, the interests and the audiences before the first euro is spent.

    • The searches used in your sector, and when in the year they happen
    • Audiences of visitors, of customers, and lookalike audiences
    • Everything that does not concern you excluded
  • Pinterest tag and conversion tracking

With no measurement there is no way to know what a pin brought in. The Pinterest tag and its events are installed on your website before anything launches.

    • Product view, add to basket, purchase or quote request
    • Cost per order or per enquiry followed every week
    • Checked against your real sales, not just against clicks

If your product pages are not ready to take paid traffic, we tell you before anything launches: you can request a free mock-up of a landing page built to turn your visitors into orders.

Our method

Your first 90 days on Pinterest: how do we run your campaigns?

Five points in time, each with a result you can check for yourself.

  1. Day 1

Étape 1 : Consultation and account audit

Thirty minutes, free: your products, your average order value, your margins, your seasons. Any existing account audited. If Pinterest is not right for you, we say so.

  2. Week 1

Étape 2 : A written plan and quote, then the set-up

Within 24 hours: starting keywords, media budget, target cost per order, management fee. Then the account in your name, the tag, the catalogue and the first pins.

  3. Weeks 2 to 4

Étape 3 : Launch and testing

Several pins and keyword groups run on a limited budget. We watch what gets saved, clicked and bought, and switch off what costs too much.

  4. Months 2 and 3

    Étape 4 : Weekly optimisation

Bids, keywords to exclude, new pins, product groups: all adjusted from the real figures, until the cost per order settles.

  5. Every month

    Étape 5 : A one-page report and a decision

Budget spent, orders received, cost per order. We decide together whether to carry on, spend more or stop.

Pinterest, Google or Meta

Pinterest Ads, Google Ads or Meta Ads: where in the purchase do you step in?

The three platforms reach the same person at three different moments. That moment is what decides which platform you start with.

  • Before the decision

    Pinterest Ads

The person is looking for ideas: “wood and white bathroom”, “open back wedding dress”. No brand chosen yet. Your pin joins their project and can stay there for weeks.

  • At the moment of the decision

    Google Ads

The person knows what they want and is comparing: “buy solid oak table”. The click often costs more, and the enquiry is immediate.

  • With no search at all

    Meta Ads

Facebook and Instagram show your product to people who were not looking for anything. Useful for making an offer known, less so for catching intent.

Pinterest is one of the five platforms in our online advertising pillar. Are your customers already typing your product into Google? Look at our Google Ads agency in Paris. Do you want to make an offer known across a neighbourhood or a town? Our Meta Ads agency (Facebook and Instagram) is often the right place to start.

What you can check

We test our methods on our own campaigns before we use them on yours

Since 4 September 2026, ConvertiLab has been running its own Meta Ads campaign at €36 a day. The enquiries land in our CRM and set off our follow-ups, exactly as they would for a client. The rule is the same on Pinterest: measure before spending, test several creatives, switch off what costs too much.

We do not advertise our own agency on Pinterest: our services are not chosen by eye. That is the same sorting we do for you during the consultation.

We do not publish client figures: a cost per order depends on the product, the margin, the season and the images. We work out an order of magnitude with you before the first euro is spent.

The Meta campaign runs in France. The enquiries it brings in are visible in our own CRM.

What does one order cost you today?

If you cannot answer that, it is the first figure we work out together, free of charge.

Straight talking

We would rather tell you no than have you spend three months of budget on the wrong platform

It is right for you if...

  • Your products are chosen by eye and bought after some thought.
  • You have an online shop or a clear enquiry page, with good photographs.
  • Your margin per order covers an acquisition cost of a few tens of euros.

It is not for you if...

  • You sell an urgent service, or a product nobody plans ahead for (emergency repairs, supplies).
  • You sell to businesses: LinkedIn Ads or Google Ads will suit you better.
  • Your media budget is under €500 a month.

Our commitment, in writing

Before any quote, we tell you whether Pinterest makes sense for your business. The account, the tag and the catalogue are in your name. Conversion tracking is installed before the first euro is spent. Every month you receive the budget spent, the orders and the cost per order. No promise of results: a commitment to the method and to being straight with you.

FAQ

Your questions about Pinterest advertising

Is Pinterest Ads right for my business?

If your products are chosen by eye and bought after some thought (interiors, weddings, fashion, jewellery, crafts, food, gifts), then yes. If you sell an urgent service (emergency repairs, solicitor, dentist) or you sell to businesses, then no: Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads will pay off better. We tell you during the free consultation, before any quote.

What budget should I plan for Pinterest campaigns?

A media budget of at least €500 a month, paid straight to Pinterest from your own account. Below that, the campaign does not gather enough data for us to switch off what is not working. Our management fee comes on top, quoted according to the creative work involved and the number of platforms.

How long before orders start coming in?

Later than on Google Ads. Pinterest reaches people while they are still gathering ideas: the first clicks arrive as soon as you launch, the first orders usually after several weeks, and a pin often keeps working long after its paid run has ended. That is why we recommend three months before you judge it.

Do I need an online shop to advertise on Pinterest?

For product pins and the catalogue, yes. For promoted pins leading to an enquiry page (wedding photographer, interior designer, caterer), one clear page with a form is enough. If your page does not convert, our website creation pillar can build a dedicated landing page.

Do we have to supply the images?

You supply your product photos and the rights to use them. We adapt the visuals to Pinterest's vertical format, add the copy and the titles, cut short videos from your images and test several versions. If your photos cannot be used, we tell you before launching.

Do I own the Pinterest account and the tag?

Yes. The business account, the Pinterest tag, the catalogue and the campaign history are created in your name, with your own login. We work through partner access that you can remove whenever you like, losing nothing.

How do you measure what Pinterest brings in?

Through the Pinterest tag installed on your website: product views, items added to the basket, purchases or enquiries. Every month you see the budget spent, the number of orders or enquiries and the cost per order, to set against your margin. We also separate out the conversions credited after someone merely saw the pin, which Pinterest counts differently from a click.

Can Pinterest be combined with Google Ads or Meta Ads?

Yes, and it is often the right next step: Pinterest gets your product into the buying project, Google Ads catches the search at the moment of decision, Meta Ads goes back to the people who visited your shop. We still start with one platform, and only add a second once the first is paying for itself.
