LinkedIn Ads agency in Paris: reach decision makers by job title, sector and company size

LinkedIn Ads is the only platform that lets you choose who inside a company sees your ad. The click costs more there: we keep it for B2B businesses where one customer brings in enough to justify it, and we tell you so before the first euro is spent.

  • Account and data in your name
  • No minimum term, 3 months recommended
  • An honest view before you spend anything

Who it is for

Who does LinkedIn Ads really suit?

People who sell to companies, with an average contract big enough to absorb a more expensive click. These are the four profiles we meet most often.

  • B2B suppliers, consultants and agencies

A service, a piece of software or a piece of equipment sold to companies, with contracts worth thousands of euros and a precise role to reach.

  • Professional practices and regulated professions

Accountancy, commercial law, consulting: reach the owners and directors of one precise sector, not the general public.

  • Training providers

Professional or in-house training: aim at the people who run training budgets and at line managers.

  • Recruitment

Precise profiles in a given area, when the usual job adverts are no longer enough.

We work with practices, consultants and small teams from Rueil-Malmaison (92) and as a web agency in Paris. Campaigns are run remotely, anywhere in France, over video.

What we see

Why are your campaigns not finding your B2B customers?

Three situations we find in most businesses that sell to other businesses.

  • Your customers are not looking for you on Google

A finance director or an HR director does not type your offer into a search engine. Google Ads catches demand that already exists; LinkedIn creates it in the right person.

  • Meta Ads does not know who the decision maker is

Facebook and Instagram target interests and an area, not a job title or a company size. You pay for clicks from consumers for an offer aimed at directors.

  • You tried LinkedIn and the clicks cost a lot for nothing

An audience that is too wide, a slow page, no conversion tracking: the budget goes without a single enquiry. The problem is rarely the platform, it is the settings.

What we do

What does running your LinkedIn Ads campaigns include?

Everything it takes for an ad to land in front of the right person and turn into an enquiry.

  • Targeting by job title, sector and size

Role, seniority, sector, headcount, area: the audience of your typical customer, and nobody else.

  • Pre-filled Lead Gen Forms

A form built into the ad, filled in from the LinkedIn profile: the enquiry reaches your CRM in two clicks.

  • Ads and creative written for you

Image, carousel, short video or document: several versions tested side by side, with one clear offer.

  • Insight Tag and conversions

The LinkedIn tag installed on your website and the conversions defined before anything launches.

  • Retargeting audiences and account lists

Bringing your website visitors back, and targeting a list of companies you want to reach.

  • A one page monthly report

Budget, enquiries, cost per enquiry, quality of the contacts, then a conversation to decide.

If your landing page will not convince a director, we say so before the launch: you can ask for a free landing page mock-up.

Our method

Your first 90 days on LinkedIn Ads: how do we work?

Five markers in time, each with something you can check for yourself.

  1. Day 1

Étape 1 : The review: is LinkedIn right for you?

Thirty minutes, free: what you sell, who to, what an average contract is worth. If the contract value does not justify the cost of a LinkedIn click, we point you to Google Ads or Meta Ads.

  2. Week 1

    Étape 2 : Plan, quote and set-up

Within 24 hours: audiences, formats, media budget, target cost per enquiry, management fee. Then Campaign Manager in your name, the Insight Tag installed, the ads written, the Lead Gen Form prepared.

  3. Weeks 2 to 4

Étape 3 : Launch and first tests

Two or three audiences and several ads run side by side on a limited budget. We follow the cost per enquiry and the quality of the contacts, not just the cost per click.

  4. Months 2 and 3

Étape 4 : Tightening the targeting

We exclude the job titles and sectors that click without enquiring, work on the bidding and new creative, bring website visitors back, until the cost per enquiry settles.

  5. Every month

Étape 5 : A one page report and a decision

Budget spent, enquiries received, cost per enquiry, and what became of them at your end. We decide together whether to carry on, adjust or stop.

Honestly

LinkedIn Ads is not for everyone, and we would rather tell you first

The click costs more than anywhere else. What a customer brings in has to justify it.

It is right for you if...

  • You sell to companies, and a customer signs for several thousand euros or a recurring contract.
  • You can describe your typical customer by job title, sector or company size.
  • You accept three months of testing before judging, with a media budget of around 1 000 € a month.

It is not for you if...

  • You sell to consumers or low priced products: Google Ads or Meta Ads will pay better.
  • Your customers already type your trade into Google: catching that demand costs less.
  • You expect enquiries in the first week at a few euros each.

Our commitment, in writing

If, at the review, we think LinkedIn Ads has little chance of paying for you, we say so and we suggest another platform, or nothing at all. We do not promise results: we commit to a way of working, an account in your name, a clear report every month and a reply within 24 hours.

What you can check

No invented client results: what we do and what you see

We do not publish a cost per enquiry or a client result figure for LinkedIn: they depend on the sector, the role targeted, the offer and the sales cycle. A figure taken out of context would teach you nothing.

We test our methods on our own campaigns before we use them on yours: since 4 September 2026, ConvertiLab has been running its own Meta Ads campaign at 36 € a day, and the enquiries land in our own CRM. The same approach applies on LinkedIn: conversions installed before the launch, several ads under test, one figure followed every week, and a simple rule for cutting whatever costs too much.

We will show you the campaign manager and the CRM over video, without any client result figure.

In your account

What you can check for yourself

  • Campaign Manager in your name

Attached to your LinkedIn page, with your own log-in, history included.

  • Every enquiry, with its context

Job title, company, size: you judge the quality of the contacts yourself.

  • The cost per enquiry, every month

The budget paid to LinkedIn divided by the number of enquiries, on one page.

Not sure whether LinkedIn Ads is worth it for your business?

FAQ

Your questions about LinkedIn Ads

How much does a click on LinkedIn Ads cost?

Considerably more than on Google Ads or Meta Ads: depending on the audience, a click often costs several euros, sometimes more than ten. That is the price of targeting by job title, sector and company size, which the other platforms do not offer. So LinkedIn only pays when a customer brings you enough to absorb that cost, which is why we run a review before anything launches.

What media budget should I plan for on LinkedIn?

Allow an order of magnitude of 1 000 € a month of media budget, so the platform collects enough data and the tests of the first few weeks mean something. That amount is paid straight to LinkedIn from your own account; it is not a ConvertiLab price. Our management fee comes on top, set in the quote.

Is LinkedIn Ads right for a small business?

Yes, if you sell to companies and your average contract is worth thousands of euros. A practice, a consultant, a training provider or an industrial supplier can find qualified contacts there. To sell to consumers or low priced products, Google Ads or Meta Ads will pay better, and we will say so.

What is a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form?

A form built into the ad, pre-filled with the details from the LinkedIn profile (name, email, company, job title). The person asks to be contacted in two clicks without leaving LinkedIn. The enquiries then arrive in your inbox or your CRM. It is often the format that gives the lowest cost per enquiry on this platform.

How long before the enquiries start?

The first visits arrive as soon as the campaign goes live. We read the first enquiries from the second or third week: on LinkedIn, audiences are smaller and decisions slower than on Google. It then takes one to two months of testing to settle the cost per enquiry. Three months remains the right horizon to judge.

Who looks after my LinkedIn Ads account?

The founder of the agency, who builds and runs Campaign Manager himself, writes the ads, sets the audiences and sends you the report. One person, reachable by phone or by email. We do not farm campaign management out.

Do the advertising account and the data belong to me?

Yes. Campaign Manager is attached to your LinkedIn page, the Insight Tag sits on your website, and the audiences and the history stay in your name. If you stop, we remove our access and you keep everything.

Is there a minimum term?

No. You can pause or stop whenever you want. We recommend three months, the time it takes for the tests to produce a stable cost per enquiry and for your first contacts to move along your sales cycle.
